I recommend going with “The jerk store called and they’re running out of you!”

I’m very upset I’m now just hearing about this. Steam’s algorithm failed me here as I’ve been searching for coop games to play with my friend, and this game never appeared. I hope it’s good.
@SQLGuru, mathematically - no; psychologically - yes.
I thought imoova had to be a scam, but we decided to try it during COVID and rented a brand new $100,000 28' camper, picking it up in Chicago, driving out through Denver and the southwest (Grand Canyon, etc) and dropping it back off in Denver (rental car home). They included basic insurance coverage and $200 in gas…
Good luck on finding a Corolla with a manual, though. I asked our local dealership and they said that they only ordered one, and it was spoken for.
It’s just incredibly sad and depressing that you even need to publish an article like this.
Rather than tweaking it by the OEM, just make it adjustable. Same goes with automatic headlights. Most vehicles I’ve seen have an adjustment for the light levels required to trigger them, but none have had a timing adjustment so that I can say it requires 10 seconds of low light to turn on and should not turn off for…
I don’t mind it in my mercedes specifically for the gas reasons. but yes. the worst is when i pull into a parking space and pause for a second, engine shuts off, put it in park, foot off the brake, car turns back on, i hit the start/stop button to turn it right back off.
My wife’s Merc has that, so I added my own profile where it’s disabled. Such a blast to pull up to a light in August and all of a sudden the A/C cuts out.
I feel seen.
ive eaten tubes of it. squeezed it right into my mouth. i’m still here, and within a reasonable BMI.
“How many cookies did the recipe make?”
“I dunno, like 4.”
Looking into it more, it also looks like the Japanese are a little more careful about gutting animals. Like taking care not to damage the offal, especially the intestines, when gutting. Though they did ban raw beef and pork consumption.
the japanese actually breed chicken that are for raw chicken sashimi, they live in cleanrooms the like most hospitals would be jealous of
Thank you for not making this a slide show. My god do I hate slide shows. I deliberately read this article- even though it only slightly piqued my curiosity- specifically because it was NOT a slide show. The appreciation is real. The hate is strong.
I was going to say, they’re also going to run into issues with the health department if they’re not following food safety regulations. Just because a bar may not serve food in the traditional sense doesn’t mean they aren’t subject to health inspection and ratings the same as a restaurant.
It’s perfectly safe to eat the olives in your martini, or the pickled onions or the cherries or the muddled fruit or the fruit slices in cocktails. Re: “Those garnishes were likely peeled, sliced, and dumped into a glass hours earlier...” At every bar I’ve been to that doesn’t serve cocktails as an afterthought, you…
Generally articles such as these promote an impractical sterile mindset about food. The reality is that there’s a degree of acceptable filth in our food. Imagine how expensive food would be if it were all perfect or sterilized. The acceptable yield would be so small and we’d have a incredibly small food supply.
The glass & ice probably has more microbes than the garnish which is sitting in brine or alcohol.
I’m a little confused by the garnish one. It gets put into a glass that you drink from. Wouldn’t you be at risk just using that glass (from the glass itself, the liquid that has now touched the garnish or from the garnish touching your lips when you take a drink)? If the drink itself is sufficient to kill any…
