Ok, ok, not “Blue Law”, Thought I’ve heard it given a color related name before at least here in TN, maybe Blue Light Law or something. Maybe you’re only supposed to move over on Sundays or something.
What’s worse, What does he expect to happen if he hits that one guy with an open face mask? If he thinks he’s enforcing a Blue Law (move over) then he’s about to be pinned to that guardrail with a massive pileup. Why would any cop stop someone there (other than vehicle trouble)?
