Renault has been using the same set up on UK cars since the late 90's (Clio 2, Twingo 2, Wind and Scenic off the top of my head). Instead of moving the wipers around for RHD, they just put a cam on the drivers side wiper. Peugeot 206 is the same.

I was at it yesterday, It was a good day out, but it was pissing down with rain all day which spoiled it a bit.
