Really did consider FH on this list, but you’re constantly being bombarded with objectives, icons and distractions in those games. You can obviously free roam in it though, so it’s got that going for it.

Strange Days is such a fun movie, I vividly remember watching it one Thanksgiving after lunch. And I have seen it dozens of times.
Fucking LOVE this movie!
Agreed. A lotta people bounced off of Sekiro because of it’s combat system (myself included, when I first played it back in 2019), but once it clicks, oh boy is it the most fun game ever.
Man, just from the title I was expecting a haughty mic-drop kinda peacing out, but the video makes it look more like a “thx for the games fam, brb ima go and decompress for a sec”
It wasn’t perfect, but it was mostly panned because it was marketed like a sim, when it was really more like Driveclub mixed with Forza Motorsport or Gran Turismo. If you enjoy those dreaded “simcades,” it was actually solid.
Frankly, the midbudget game has been MIA for a long time now, with everything being either adorable critical indie darling, or AAA behemoth. I feel like the slot formerly held by midbudget games has been usurped by mobile and gacha titles. So, in that way, I rather appreciate this game’s existence.
Logitech has been producing the same gear-driven force feedback systems and flimsy pedals for generations, going back to the G25 wheel released in the mid-aughts
Standard controllers are $60. This is $120. Yet it comes with no paddles—arguably the most essential, game-changing, hallmark feature of any self-described “pro” controller worth over $100.
If it came with back paddles, I would 100% buy it at that price. I don’t really need to mess with the buttons or control sticks, but paddles are a game changer, and half the reason to cough up for the elite. Oh well.
Thank you—and thanks Mike, rest well, you made a lot of people happy. Truly Fahey was the best of us.

That dev team always deserves more. Painkiller is sooo goooooood. But people sleep on it and when mentioned it’s from People Can Fly everyone always think of Bulletstorm for better or worse.
It’s good to note that Outriders is NOT a live game as a service, so beside the sale of the game itself, there’s no other revenue like Destiny.
It game is really not bad, it’s not amazing but it is still very much enjoyable. I am looking forward to the expansion next month.
Right?! None of this “sorry if you were offended” bullshit. Take the fucking onus and fix it.
See, other famous people? This is how someone takes responsibility, makes a sincere apology, and does what they can to make up for it.
I can get behind the bulk of this article, but I’d like to hit the other side of the spectrum and say that Samus’ intro cutscene with Kraid gave me huge personality vibes without a single word said.
The gameplay was great, the story and characters were pretty mediocre. Im hoping that now that they have the engine down, they can focus on those things for the next time. As it is, Berseria is still the high point of the series to me
I feel like a kid again, playing Wild Arms and Star Ocean for the first time
When people visit Albuquerque, they’re always kind of amazed that Taco Bell exists here, but this is why. Sometimes we want New Mexican food, sometimes we want Mexican food, and sometimes we want Taco Bell.
