The client interactions are specifically what made me want out...

“Make this text pop more.” “Make this look cleaner.”, “Can’t you make this look more like (insert any famous brand)‘s logo?” Etc...

The actual graphic design part was fine, it was the submission, editing, re-submission cycle that made me want to blow my

Good lord that show was awful, but that was back in the glorious of era of, Watch this, or the one other channel on the air at 1am that actually comes in clearly in my basement...

I also have supreme anger towards it for convincing me that a 200hp Prowler was a sweet car. It was not.

I tried so hard to like this show when I was a kid, just because Flash Gordon was on it. I failed.

I’m only a 6 or so hours into Darkest D, but I’ve really enjoyed what I’ve played of it on Vita... I mean, the interface is clunky as all hell, but it’s not really much better on Ps4, so it doesn’t feel that bad switching between the two.

Is it the size of the text that you’re basing this on, or is there some

Because you can in some way benefit from something you dislike not existing? This kind of mentality simply baffles me...

Despite the easy, hyperbolic nonsense the internet enjoys parroting about everyone hating the prequels, a whoooole bunch of SW fans (myself included), like them very much, and are very happy they

Yeah, I’m with you on the touchscreen... Even if they do have that functionality, as you said, it obviously can’t be integral to the game experiences since you won’t have it in console mode. That said, without a touchscreen, my interest in this as a portable piece of hardware significantly decreases...

It’s too big to

It’s not like you’re playing against the house... The company only profits from the juice on entry fees, so it makes no difference to them who wins.

The only thing they can really do to make it “fair” is to let you see win/lose stats on your competitors so you don’t get eaten by sharks, which most of the big ones do.

So jazzed to see some positive impressions of this game; really hope it plays as well on PsVR. I’m super looking forward to finally getting that promised LawnMower Man flying experience I’ve been waiting 20 years for.

I’ll grant you that the Vita launch wasn’t exactly a media frenzy, but I don’t think there’s a supremely large subset of gamers who aren’t aware of its existence...

Vita surely has some problems, but I don’t think public awareness was the biggest one... My main issue with it was the lack of software support, and that

Pretty sure it could rival a base Ps4 in terms of graphical prowess... Tegra chips are incredibly powerful, and we don’t even know what iteration of it they have in this thing yet.

NVidia Shield Tablets are K1 Tegra, and can push Ps3-era games graphically, in 1080p. This is going to be at least X1, and will be

I’m with ya on most of that, except that I expect the screen to be 1080p. The guts of this hardware have already been doing that on Shield Tablets for a few years now. Granted, they freaking eat through battery-life, but hopefully optimization can help with that.

The no SD card bit makes a lot of sense, but they better

They aren’t, “going mobile” so much as consolidating their user-bases, developers, and sales into one platform rather then two, which is exactly what most Nintendo fans I know have been screaming for ages now. They don’t want to wait 8 years between AAA Mario games, and they don’t want to play Zelda exclusively on a

Oh, for sure. It’s going to be amazingly powerful for a handheld.

I just hate having to be locked into the Nintendo ecosystem for software and controllers, and it sucks that this wont have the basic tablet functionality and Android play that this device is more than capable of...

This is cool as hell, and I want it,

Hah, well now you’re just making me want the long-rumored Shield Tablet upgrade, even more than this Nintendo branded one...

Ah, who am I kidding, I want both.

Well, it will have a more powerful CPU and GPU for sure, but it will also be a totally closed system. On Shield, you can play anything you want, with any controllers you want. You don’t need any specific docking station, you don’t have to buy into any ecosystem, and you can just plug the thing into any TV you see

Hey, more power to ya man, I just like the more subtle ones that don’t actually have any writing on them. I have this in Cap, Deadpool, Spiderman, Avengers, and a couple others, in both this style, and with hoods. Love em all.

Interesting... I’ll admit I’m not entirely sure what level of performance newer Tegra chips are capable of, but the K1 Shield seems to at least be capable of slightly downgraded Ps3 era stuff, albeit running at 1080p...

If this is X2 or better, I’m sure this thing’s graphical/processing power will be more than adequate

They sell much nicer (IMHO) versions of this already at Walmart and Target and whatnot that I have in a few styles/heroes... It’s not nearly as loud, doesn’t have all that junk running down the sleeves, and is half the price.

Also, this is all I can think of looking at this coat:

Agreed on the the extra hook of (new) FP Nintendo games being the thing that could sell me on buying this new N-branded Shield, but I’m most interested in how/if they can address the single only problem the Shield actually has... Battery life on the Tegra hardware is just awful.

Unplugged I’m lucky to get an hour

Yeah, this thing pretty much is a Shield, right down to the hardware inside. The difference being that a Shield can play “virtual console” titles from any console/company rather than just the one, can also play any Android game on the market, and functions as a pretty amazing tablet in it’s own right...

I’ll buy this
