Niecy Nash is the best part of Scream Queens but she deserves a much better show or her own vehicle now that Getting On is ending. She was always hilarious but I never knew she could be heartbreaking.

The Emmy was for the first season, she was bumped up to series regular for season 2. Rule of thumb, if they aren't listed in the opening credits than they aren't a series regular, even if they are in every episode.

She looks like a fine mix of both of her parents.
