I think you may be confusing gender identity (how you personally define your gender) and gender expression (how you present your gender through hair, clothes, etc.).

I have a feeling this election is going to get even uglier, especially in PA. I’ve volunteered for the election protection hotline in the past, and will be volunteering again in November.
