Once, I let my girlfriend control the radio in my car.

The big problem is government regulations. They’re going to mandate backup cameras soon, so that infotainment screen and all it’s related electronics have to stay.

Another story, also in the GTP. I’m driving down a road with an old friend in the passenger seat, friend’s 15 year old little brother, and little brother’s also 15 year old friend in the back. We take a left turn on to a street where there’s a Mustang waiting to turn right. I make the turn and pull on to the street

Most Americans will think “A Camry is a reliable car, so a sporty one will be a fast and reliable car.” It make a sense in an Idiocracy kind of way.

While driving my old 2001 GTP one day, I’m on this road that goes from two lanes, down to one, then back to two at a four way intersection. I’m at the part where the two lanes merge into one, when this guy in a lifted Dodge Ram comes flying around me on the shoulder and nearly clips me. I’m stuck behind him in traffic

I didn’t mind it so much. Granted I had to beat the crap out of the ones I had, and it had some sticky tires equipped on the stock wheels, but it wasn’t so bad. I can see how it could be an auto cross track rat easily.

I do have to say my Civic would lose a race with a powered wheelchair, but it’s still fun to drive. Same thing goes for the Toyobaru.

Maybe people where you live are car enthusiasts then. I see Teslas more often than a Toyobaru.

Either the Chevy SS or Subaru BRZ/Scion FR-S/Toyota GT86. All great enthusiast cars, all great bargain, and no one wants them.

How much do you want for the Monte?

So useless, my civic has one.

So Audi, is this because of dieselgate, or because you’re too butthurt over your cousins over at Porsche beating the snot out of you? Here’s how you fix this: You guys led the way in pioneering diesel endurance technology and hybrid diesel technology, why not lobby to have the rules tweaked to allow a battery

It’s a manual, and a proto W-body so the S/C 3.8 would drop right in for incredible sleeper status. NP.

Am i the only one impressed that their campfire continues burning the entire time?

I was driving around with a lady passenger in my GTO one evening. She’s a fellow gearhead and gets quite, um, excited, over the roar of a V8. I see a small tunnel coming up while we’re out cruising around, roll the windows down, and gun it. In my opinion few things sound as amazing as an engine at full wail. One of

I love the smyth kit, but just because you spent the money doesn’t mean you’ll get it back when you sell. CP.

Actually, there’s companies that make lift kits for first and second-gen CR-V’s. IIRC you can fit 31's, with some massaging 33's, and they’re decently capable off road.

He must’ve been

But loud tunes are relaxing to me.

The V6 does not respond well to lack of maintenance. The rocker arms can walk and pop off the valve springs, the coils short out, and as I said, if not taken care of, kiss the head gaskets goodbye.
