was definitely confusing the IE 80 with the IE 800. Does the IE 800 (which I see on Crutchfield is a few hundred bucks more) address my issues with the IE 80s? I really wish there was a better way to audition these types of high end in-ear phones without having to buy and return.

I found the IE 800's to be the biggest disappointment of the year. Even after proper burn in the low end is way too boomy (not deep satisfying bass, but a distracting cavernous throb even with the "customizable bass port" at the minimum setting) and the isolation is very poor. Whether you are using in-ear headphones

I'm not so sure.

you must be a delight at parties.

That's not true in US criminal law. If you can prove that you bought something legally and had no knowledge it was stolen (which is not very difficult), you are not criminally liable.

right on. I don't even know why SkyDrive is. Is this like some sort of MSFT dropbox? My favorite thing about having a pre-Windows 8 machine is being blissfully ignorant of all their first party stuff. I guess they thought that was a big problem and I'll have to learn what this all is.

"Basically: Burying your porn is no longer good enough." — this seems like such a non-starter for a lot of people. There are really no privacy settings on this thing? In addition to obviously offensive materials there are so many non-porn/offensive images that can be floating around on your machine you don't want

sounds exhausting.

I have and love my smoking gun. My two favorite things to do with it: #1 smoking cheddar cubes. #2 BLOODY MARYS!!!! V8 picks up the smoke amazingly. It adds an awesome dimension to the drink.

I don't think this is intended to be a secondary device. I think this is intended to be a primary device for those who wish their camera/social media/data device could make the occasional phone call, rather than those who want a pocket friendly smart phone with a decent camera.

Metal song specifically about the Hyperion Cantos \m/

you can't already have all that goodness on the Nexus 7? I'm almost positive that the Amazon Appstore, the Kindle app and the Instant Video app are all now Jellybean ready. If not they will be soon. All of those services are readily available in the Play store (with the exception of the Amazon App Store which you

my cousin cuts trailers professionally. They don't always show the "best bits." Often it is cut to show the tone the studio most wants to portray/market, even if it is not representative of the final product. The actual show *might* very well end up sucking, but I want to actually see it before saying Lucas should

This is Seth Green (the professional who "already did" what you found funny)

This is a Seth Green show, and Weird Al is one of the voices. This is basically George Lucas endorsing the Adult Swim stuff more than anything. I bet this could be good.

I had grandfathered OG unlimited data when I was on their network with a Nexus One. The reception was dreadful. Even in major cities. Especially in major cities! I jumped to Verizon when the Galaxy Nexus came out and even with data caps I don't think I'd want to leave. My fiance is still on T-Mo and there are so

no I was not about to buy Beats. That's why I referred to the order as "metaphorical"

They totally all have a different use. Your example is funny. I have a pair of DT770's but I would never use them for basic listening. For me they are almost exclusively for tracking while recording. The super long cord is great for mobility and the closed design isolates a lot of sound. I don't think they have

A great companion to this would be the positive side. What *should* people look for in headphones? I 100% agree that the trend of dubious high priced celebrity endorsed audio gear is hurting the market. But ok, your satire has my attention. I just canceled my (metaphorical) Amazon order for some beats. What

I wonder if you'll have to enter a "cleavage code" like the old blood code in the original Mortal Kombat port.
