Tesla repayed their loan 9 years early and might not have needed it. We won’t know and Tesla pursued that loan because it had a low interest rate. To qualify for that loan, Tesla had to demonstrate its ability to survive without that loan.

All “video journalism” should include a written version. I hate watching something with sound for information. I’d much rather read the same information. I know I’m in the minority but not the only one.

Here is a another reason. Censorship or so called localisation. Back then when I was a teen and young adult pirated lot of games. This was mostly because these were the versions which got out earlier then the actual game. For example to me it was baffling to get the games US players were already playing sometimes even

As long as Sergio drops a 488GTB engine in a Cherokee and calls it a Jerrari I’m okay with it.

To be fair, a Metallica dubstep album would more than likely be worlds better than anything they’ve released in the past 25 years.

“We would never cheapen our brand by making an SUV. Would you like to buy a hat?”

Aaaaaand not being able to file a patent is a bad thing?

I’m planning to buy an off-lease 2013 Boxster S in the next couple of months. The turbo-4 made the idea of waiting or of buying a new base model completely uninteresting to me. So, there is at least one Jalop who will buy one and will refuse to buy the turbo-4.

Read the long term test of the C7 in Motor Trend. It spent over two weeks at a dealer for assorted problems, including a creaky targa top that could only be fixed by not using it.

Gross - back to the circle vents. I like the Square vents of the last gen much better.

Patiently refreshes Craiglist for the next 10 years awaiting the depreciation of 981s to 987 levels

As a guy who really really loves the brand: I love the new front bumper. Much better resolved, brand correct, good design. I don’t like the LED’s in the heatlights particularly, but they are ok. The steering wheel is wonderfully functional but looks like it isn’t totally assembled. It’s too overstyled for an otherwise

Bastards I say. They turbo charged the 6 cylinder in the backwards ass Carreras, but gave the middle finger to the mid engined cars.

This is a fussy and directionless update on the current styling. They add creases and wedges that are apropos of nothing and reduce the overall presence of the car. Years from now, the current model will be remembered as more beautiful.

Porsche is still gimping the mid engined cars. There is no reason they could not have a 6 cylinder in the S versions. That is straight bull shit.

Get rid of the Porsche badging, and from this angle it looks VERY Miata to me. Like if Mazda made an MRiata.

Thank you. I wrote it in my second month working at Gawker, so I was still learning the finer points of things like “Headlines” and “ledes” necessary to get people to actually click! Instead, I console myself by linking back to it frequently. ;)

Only if he’s perceived as being right, and replacing him wouldn’t solve the problem. The purpose of the threat to quit, is to take the issue outside of “chain of command” (which would end at the producers for him) and have the upper execs have a looksee. Because he’s on air talent which has undergone approval at

Nice list. Very detailed. And anyone who hasn't seen The Dish is really missing out.
