“Luxury,” in a sane world, means a smooth, comfortable ride. F250-450 chassis trucks offer many things, but a smooth comfortable ride is not among them.
My 2011 Kia buying experience started out positive—-a young, albeit under-trained, salesman was quite accommodating. Once he collected my credit information, he told me I qualified to buy any car on the lot.
“It’s a Chevy Malibu!”
I like Roadkill because it isn’t hosted by bearded New York millennial hipsters with matching bracelets..and with whom I have little affinity.
Good luck, but don’t count me in.
If GM, Ford, or VW had any similar issues, the press and the Courts would be filled with vultures. For Tesla, and St. Elon, it’s nuthin.

Nobody “needs” an upscale car. Sorry, but the “I need it for work” line is bovine excrement. You could show up in a mid level Mazda6 and nobody would care.
Notice the misalignment of the door on the old car. Is that due to the body torsional stress from the hard turn, or just plain bad assembly at the factory?
It is a clever operator who buys an expensive car to receive free fueling in a high mileage application. Tesla is getting killed on this deal—free Supercharger use and non-mileage limited warranties are not sustainable.
