But when replacing a burnt out taillight involves “learning to code”, something has gone terribly, terribly wrong.

It’s gotta be a subdivision street, pre houses.

No....the car will make it around the ring. How hard to drive it is up to you...but the car CAN make it without going into limp mode.

Last time I was in Vegas, the road was indeed covered in leaves.
But all the leaves had pictures of naked women on them. It was absolutely as weird as it sounds.

I’m glad they did the experiment. Yes, it didn’t work, but that’s why it was an experiment. Some limitations were known - efficiency, sub-optimal sunlight, etc. Many of the variables were unknown - resin durability, tire noise, etc. The test was conducted, results derived. This is a win IMO.

I can’t stand it! I know you planned it!

The loose axle is par for the course in any freight derailment. Freight car axles aren’t fastened in place, recesses in the truck frames just sit on top of them. Since trains generally don’t catch air in normal use, this works fine, and it makes swapping out axles really quick. If a wheel gets flat-spotted or a

Yep, the only vehicle in these images that is actually used for work.

Going a little fast there, buddy. Where’s the fire? *Points back at police officer’s car.

Black people talk about crime within their own communities constantly. You don’t hear about it because it’s a problem that doesn’t effect or involve you, and that you only care about when you need a false equivalency to shutdown discussions about police brutality and racism.

You realize that exactly the length of your car is not “sufficient gap”, I hope.

That should say works well for two lanes moving at roughly the same speed. This wasn’t the case here. He used a much faster lane to line jump. This dickwad wasn’t trying to zipper merge. He knew what he was doing and so does everybody else.

This is not a zipper merge. He deliberately tried to kamikaze into the right lane at the absolute last second. The solid white line doesn’t even apply because traffic wasn’t moving before it. A zipper merge would imply a safe merge into moving traffic well before the exit with no clear intention to overtake traffic.

Good. Seriously fuck this guy and everybody like him. They actually slow traffic down because everybody needs to brake to let them in.

And the people in the room don’t count.

I can’t believe that verbiage. I thought for sure the first time I read it, it only included pre Sept 2015 owners.

I’ll admit, this was my first thought whe I heard of the settlement. I wish I had read that paragraph more clearly, since I thought the buyout was only valid for the people who owned the cars when Dieselgate hit in September 2015.

The average American doesn’t have $1,000 to their name. $2,000 problem comes up and they sell their stuff. It’s a tale as old as trickle down theory.

In Ohio...yes. I’d remove the wheels and put on 4 donuts and remove the headlights for them dragging their feet.. It’s just going to be crushed and shredded anyway...f them.. Where’s that questionable jalopnik.com lawyer at on this

You don’t even want to know what they were tweeting at Ha Ha Clinton-Dix
