sorry just to add, Jimmy being at the copy store isn't damning on a legal level though right? Its obviously circumstantial

I think Kim has a far worse fate set in store for her.
Good point regarding Ernie! If i was Chuck i wouldn't have that self satisfied look on his face, he doesn't have much right now. On a whole i think the tape storyline just sets up a back and forth between Chuck and Jimmy and we know who will prevail.
I don't see how this is true at all. He really seems to have wanted to rip off the Kettlemen's in a "clean" way, if he really wanted to torture the information out of them he wouldn't have wasted that much time on surveillance.
Can the lawyers here chime in on whether the tape Chuck has is even that big of a deal? Jimmy could reasonably claim that he was putting on act the whole way to make his mentally unstable brother feel better. And the part about Jimmy admitting that he wasn't just trying to make Chuck feel better doesn't mean much…
People say about this all the time but fail to note the context. Hector having a stroke isn't established canon, its just something offhand Steve Gomez mentions, there's no reason to believe that the DEA couldn't be wrong, after all how could a law enforcement agency even know that. They just take witnesses at…
BTW, i didn't get the impression that Mike now made an enemy out of Nacho for trying to set the police on the Salamancas. He got extremely angry for a second there but at the end of the the conversation it didn't like he had future plans for Mike. And how good is Michael Mando btw?
That was the best 50 minutes of TV I've ever watched. And can we please not talk about those idiots who think BCS is "slow" .
but its not just Meza Verde though. HHM's reputation would be damaged if Chuck's condition became more public. They could lose current clients and repel new ones, it seems obvious given Chuck's importance to the firm. I get the feeling that Howard has managed to keep it pretty quiet for now but Jimmy with his twisted…
Jimmy crossed a new line today which i guess is the point of the episode. I don't understand his tactics, if he wants revenge why doesn't he just spread the word about Chuck's condition? It seems like that would hurt HHM and Chuck quite a bit, if present and prospective clients found out the one of the two partners…
