Plus, like...packing lunch is still an option?

I’m in the same boat on just about every level. Kentucky instead of Ohio, but...similar thing.
“Publicly funded school that decides its menu decides on slightly different menu” is an interesting definition of fascist.
I pretty much always packed...but “meatless” still includes eggs, so that could be an option for high protein.
I don’t want my butter evenly distributed! I want to get that occasional piece that just has salt, a bunch of pieces that are lightly buttered, and a few that are just a little soggy from getting hit with a clump of it. You’re eating it by the handful anyway! Variety is the spice of life!
Cool. This seems like a net positive overall, so long as dietary restrictions are adequately taken into account. As long as there are some relatively high protein options for kids still, I don’t see any issue here. It’ll expand taste pallets and encourage some healthier eating...I knew a lot of kids in school who…
...this is the exact same amount of math at the same difficulty level.
I’m not saying the last Ghostbusters was good.
Oh I’m not saying it was good. I actually never saw it...the original cast couldn’t make Ghostbusters work a second time, I just don’t think the concept has legs.
Having a female lead doesn’t make a movie intrinsically good. Having more movies WITH female leads IS intrinsically good. The wider opportunities we have for storytelling, the better.
It could be! Other reviews are positive. I’m sure it is, at the least, a technically very well done movie. Even the worst MCU movies are serviceable.
There are definitely valid complaints about the movie. The middle act drags a lot and, let’s be honest, the casino was boring. But yeah, that gets drowned out.
They never say that. They just find any excuse to be hyper critical.
Hey, I’d love that too. But that’s not going to happen so long as fanboys get pissy whenever a woman or black dude stars in a comic book movie.
“just” was bad phrasing, I admit that.
I’m rooting for the movie to succeed because I generally like what the MCU is doing and I want that track record to continue, and I want to like the movie.
Oh yes, her stupid comments like “maybe not every reviewer should be a white dude”. Terrible stuff, truly.
I’d be...pretty happy about it, actually. I’ve gotten to avoid seeing pissy fanboys being trash for the majority of Marvel movies, so it wouldn’t be a new experience.
Oh yeah. They’ll complain regardless, I’m sure. I just don’t like when they have extra ammunition.
Yeah, RT didn’t have anything posted like half an hour ago, so this was the only review I had seen.
