The same way any other convertible does?

Don’t forget the fact that Mahindra actually has the license to the original Willys Jeep and has had that license for a long long time

I can 100% guarantee you that this show is not ”overly white”. Have you ever been to Houston? Did watch the video? You picked the wrong event to bring up those points about.

Let’s give this a look, shall we?

My dad and I both love cars. Spending a weekend wrenching with him seems like a catastrophic waste of both of our time.

But this isn’t just paying for convenience. What he paid for A) didn’t really need done for the most part, and B) if it did, should have cost a fraction of that amount.

He overpaid for unneeded service and then freely put it out there while trying to justify it... for who knows why.

“The serpentine belt had a crack in it and needed replacing, the coolant was dirty and needed flushing, ditto with the brake fluid, the fuel injectors also needed cleaning, as did the throttle body. I was told that everything except the brake flush was needed to pass inspection,”

That high beam crap. It still pisses me off.

I feel like the tape residue makes it 100% beater status.

For 750 bones I hope they changed your muffler bearings too.

You won’t fail a NY safety inspection due to any of the above unless there was a misfire causing an emissions CEL. This dealer sounds shady.

I have said it before and I will say it again:

The serpentine belt had a crack in it and needed replacing - Possibly legit, but this is a $20, 10-minute change in a parts store parking lot.

I think that your car needed none of those things to pass a state inspection but needed it to pass the dealerships inspection.

As a prisoner of Michigan, you sir, get a star

Specifically Michiganders, who are not much more than petulant children with fully-grown adult bodies.

So lets get this straight here.

It’s loud, sure. But like Harley riders, I think you’re confusing “loud” for “good”.

If anything, the last ten years has been the decade of small displacement, high tech turbo engines.....  but yeah, the list should be a bunch of pushrod V8’s.

Plus the LS/LT were designed basically in 1955.
