You’ll get (Ranger) 17 & Vegito (Blue) in due time.

Of the ones you listed, we’re only getting 17 this season (according to the datamining from a few days ago).

Marvel can use whoever they want in the games, they just choose not to use any Fox characters to not give Fox free advertising.

While it is more feature-rich than Street Fighter V at launch (as of when this comment was made), my concern lies with later down the road. Street Fighter V will see support from Capcom for years to come with free modes & earnable characters, like Splatoon’s post-launch support on a larger scale. Hell, we’re getting

In all likelihood, the NX Platform will play most of the same games across all form factors, but the NX Handheld will probably run said games at 540p while the NX Console runs them at 1080p. Exclusives to any form factor will probably be few & far between, likely dependent on the extra horsepower that will likely be

It’s not a hybrid in the traditional sense (the idea that it’s a handheld that you can dock or plug into your TV), Iwata made that pretty clear. Based on what WSJ said as well as Iwata’s comments before he died, it’s more of a shared platform with multiple form factors (one console & at least one handheld form factor

That’s my issue. While granted, I could just buy the NX Console & hold off on the NX Handheld until later, I may be compelled to buy both. As such, I’m holding off on upgrading to the n3DS (especially since I already have Xenoblade on the Wii).

The NX Handheld is (likely) at least a year out, so maybe hold off on that n3DS purchase for now.

It’s a shame that we’re nearing the end of the 3DS’s life, more so with more & more evidence pointing towards a family of devices under the NX umbrella (or whatever the final name is for the new platform) with multiple form factors. I just found my 3DS XL after almost a year of it being missing, which works since I’m

Squirrel-Girl’s situation is somewhat similar to the Maximoff Twins in that she’s heavily connected to the Avengers while having some ties to the X-Men (she was on an X-team in the past). So either Marvel has the rights to Squirrel-Girl in full, or it’s another Quicksilver-Scarlet Witch situation where Marvel & Fox

The only characters who were previously mutants that were retconned into being something else were Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Squirrel-Girl, & Toro. But of the four, only one of them was changed into an Inhuman (Toro). In Quake’s case, her mutant status was just an assumption made by SHIELD. It was revealed not too

Capcom’s license to use Marvel characters expired a while ago.

No need, Lab Zero Games allows any developer to use the driver for free if they want to as long as they submit any changes they make to the driver back to Lab Zero.

Same for Injustice on the PS4, more so since NetherRealm Studios already added the driver to Mortal Kombat X. Though I guess they may not see the need to since Injustice is dead competitively.

Quicksilver & Scarlet Witch have a legit chance since they were in AoU (& their rights are shared between Marvel Studios & Fox), so they’re more of the exception. The other X-Men characters however won’t get in since Marvel doesn’t want to help advertise any of Fox’s movies.

I was credited! Thanks, Nathan!

The thing with reboots, you just trade one convoluted continuity with another convoluted continuity. The difference is that the older comics still matter if you don't reboot.

For future reference, it's spelled Richard Rider, not Ryder. Ryder was a misspelling back then & it still is now. Hell, Bendis even corrected himself the issue after he made that mistake.

Given Marvel's priorities, they'd probably use their top talents on a Avengers, Inhumans or Guardians book instead.

For future reference, it's spelled Richard Rider. Ryder was a misspelling both back in the day & a misspelling by Bendis (Bendis even corrected himself in the following issue).
