For me, I still have my Android SmartPhone. I find I am much happier with it when it is on SILENT and I control when I get my information, rather than always knowing I just received a new text 5 seconds ago.

I didn't take it to mean she meant the SSN was ON the card physically. Just that the card contained the data for the SSN. I have no idea how true that is or isn't. It wouldn't surprise me if the driver's license is associated and does have the data for the SSN.
