Probably a lease with all the tax credits wrapped in.

How is a $46k car under $200/month? Did they get a crazy lease deal? Put a shit ton of money down?
You can be forgiven if you don’t live in New York and yet are incessantly being fed news about Andrew Cuomo and loathe it
Yes, but its a NYC based car blog. And I don’t know a single person in NY who isn’t skipping around with glee celebrating this dickhead’s (political) demise. They stretched a car story out of it, so, I’ll give it a pass.
I’m sure you can acquire one for $5000 bucks but at $4 a gallon and 10k miles per year a GMT800 Tahoe’s going to consume half its value in fuel every year.
And that’s assuming it’s in a good enough state of tune to hit its EPA average. The ranger’s not much better and also lacks the utility and space of the full size.
Just bought a 2008 Yaris today for commuting. So far I like it better than I thought I would.Forgot how much fun a light hatchback is vs a midsized SUV that I have been driving.
Trigger warning to Tesla stans:
And mandate that in the event of misbehavior, the pilot must return to the airport of origin to disembark the passenger to the local cops there.
No, they don’t want him in power.. they want him “relevant”.. there is a difference.. in power, means he can affect them and cause them problems. But relevant means they can milk him for every insane/inane/stupid thing he says/does which garners ratings before moving on to the next dumb fuck.
LOL wut? This is EXACTLY what conservatives want when they talk about “free market” and “less regulations”. They want, and have gotten all they asked for and more, the right to screw customers as hard as possible.
Biden won 57% of union households in 2020, double the Clinton margin in 2016, but you go ahead and tell yourself this if it makes you feel better
These cases are more about service members getting their first large paychecks and going to the dealership just off base that specializes in removing them from their money.
It’s honestly not that hard for service members to get decent financing on new cars. There’s a ton of more than reasonable credit unions that are happy to work with them.
Exactly. The “inventory shortage” is in the market overall, so asking why that would affect pricing on a particular available vehicle is deliberately obtuse, like asking why people buy SUVs. Oh, you’re charging more because supply is low? What a strange concept...
Yes, the dealership model is 20th century retail philosophy, but requiring customers to be physically present to even begin productive discussions is the most regressive sales tactic I can imagine.
“Due to inventory shortages we know we’ll be able to rip _someone_ off, so if that someone isn’t you, pound sand.”
At some point a car is just too old to be your primary mode of transportation. If a car is 30 years old it will break down at the most inconvenient time. Also with two little ones you would hate for anything to happen to them because you did not feel like driving something newer/safer.
It is literally an Impreza with better ground clearance. Thats the point
You won’t be shunned in New England for getting the CX-5, those are pretty popular, both in the cities and at the ski mountains. IMO, outside of fuel economy, they are better.
And when I looked earlier this week....it comes with a manual.
