Very true. It’s having the guts to stand up to them ans showing them your enthusiasm. And if they trust you it’s free sailing from there.

it’s definitely helpful to admit your weakness and just rely on the things you’re strong at. Delegate. don’t micro-manage. Choice the right people to get the work done. And trust them!.. I’m learning the art of delegating. It’s really helping me to let go.

I think that’s a very sensible way of looping back to your point. it’s respectable too. I’ll use that next time.
