Ooof, this looks..just looks like an awful coming of age rom-com.

Not so much an email, I’ve been working at the same company for about a year an a half in a mid level position. I saw our CEO in 3 separate rooms on the same day within 30 mins or so, each time he walked up to me shook my hand and said “Good morning, how is everything today? What are you working on?” I answered the…
Were they at-fault accidents? Or another “stupid” cars fault?
Cool box...pft, in the south we call this a “redneck ice chest”
I lock my phone, I don’t have particularly sensitive info on it, no saved pay accounts or anything. But I was justified in it once I heard a story from an HR buddy of mine.
I Have a similar take when I meet someone new and go in assuming I’m going to like them despite what ive been told about them in advance. Until they give me a reason not to like/trust/respect them I try not to judge.
Ehh, still though. Just because you pay for something doesn’t mean you’re entitled to ruin everyone else’s fun.
That’s exactly why I only played LoL for a few days, played with bots for a bit then jumped in with people in un-ranked games. Instead of saying “hey, why don’t you try this, and don’t forget to” it was all “you stupid ****” “learn to ******* play!” or if I came out and said I was new and needed pointers people would…
Will it run while plugged in, or is this a glorified DustBuster with a crappier battery?
Is pee marked off because your tried it 0.O
I’ve got the gear for right at the “recommended” system requirements, just wondering if anyone has the same and how it looks.
I was wondering, I want to get it but still play with steam friends. Guess this won't work?

You’re right, it’s been 15 years ish since I’ve had to take any of those. I just looked up the Texas requirements, tests are reviewed by college professionals, HS students are required to pass before graduating, at some grade levels the tests are included in 15% of the final score. The changes are pretty recent. I…
With as often as they change the actual standards for these they may as well get rid of them. Every few years it’s a different name, the minimum scored is lowered, and we continue to “teach to the test.” We’ve gotten so caught up thinking that these tests benefit the kids, when they don’t at all. Never once since I’ve…
I’d like to see the breakdown of age/gender/ect. I mean, is it all old ladies, non-native speakers, HS dropouts, uncles of Nigerian princes thinking they can’t help their nephew?
Wow, what a dick-headish first reply to post the site. In no way was I attacking the oil industry, and none of my post was wrong, though it may not have been completely on topic.
If there were no watchdogs for oil companies they could get away with just dumping it. But the EPA, Railroad commission, various other state environmental agencies keep tabs on them. There are still barrels of un-separated crude suspended in that water, they usually pay a 3rd party to clean the water for reuse, or to…
They put a lot of “additives” in the water to aid in production. Frac gell (cocktails of chemicals), bioscide to keep bacteria production down, all kinds of nasty chemicals go down hole before being pumped back out.
Agreed, there are also companies out there cleaning produced water and trucking it to frac sites to be re-used by oil companies when freshwater is in short supply or not avaliable
They made changes for July of this year for schools regarding out of state tuition. Everything else is the same
