I’m not gonna lie; it swayed me a little bit toward him when I read Andrew Yang’s book and he talked (very briefly, like, a blip) about his Starcraft days in the ‘90s/early 2000s.

I don’t know what else there’d be, that essentially explained the entirety of the game, along with all the new mechanics. It answered all my pre-release questions at least.

That 9 to 5 trailer was really bad. It spends about half of the “non text on a black screen” portion of the trailer showing goofy attitude rabbits but does the turnaround reveal that it’s actually some kind of generic looking military type shooter. It looked so uninteresting that I think I’d rather play the goofy…

Don’t get me wrong, it looked like a bad realistic raving rabbids knock-off, but I would rather have that than what they ended up with in the trailer.

My reaction to the trailer was “oh a shitty over the top cute animals shooting each other game, that looks dumb and is focus tested to appeal to 13 year olds...oh wait it’s a military FPS? That looks dumb and is focus tested to appeal to 13 year olds.”

...I have the feeling that the fake-trailer for “9 to 5" was inspired by notes from marketing and executives for an entirely different project.
