I Disagree. Perceived gift or not, her sister should have felt appreciative of the money and paid it back when she could. Not doing so, shows that she is entitled and took her sister for granted. A sweater or perfume is a gift, not a wad of cash from a sibling. This isn't someone's grandma we are talking about :-)
It is. You have to go to Tools>Extensions and uncheck the Enabled box to Disable. Unless I'm missing something, I do not see why you would need another extension for this.
