Odds are, when you “see a bad driver on the road” it is because they are swerving, driving too slow, not using signals, all those aloof things that senior drivers may do. Bad teen driving tends to be parking lot accidents, rear ending people at stop signs, speeding at night, etc...things you don’t “see” as much.…
