The way I used to deal with tailgaters, when driving manual, I’d pop into neutral and let my car slow down by way of engine braking (no brake lights). This makes sure they are paying attention. Not recommended.

This never made sense to me. The spinning, that is caused by air pushed into the intake, doesn’t speed up the air but in fact slows down the air because it is creating resistance. It's like blowing directly on your hand, or blowing through a windmill.

Owning an LS, on one hand I like the idea...on the other hand, you'd be getting the V8 with all season tires and the standard brakes. Not sure what else mechanically would be missing that seems appropriate for the increased power.

Camaro E/28. Combine the turbo 4 that will be in the 6th Gen Camaro, along with two small electric motors powering each rear wheel. Jack up the PSI for increased HP from the 4, then the resulting turbo lag is offset by the instant torque from the electric motors.
