Rant away - I do love a good rant generally, but weddings and baby showers and bachelorettes specifically are the freaking worst.

My generation was getting married in the late 90s/early 00s. Best bachelorette party- we went to a local bar, got the bride drunk, took her to a sex shop and made her buy a giant dildo. We didn’t even leave town. Simpler times. I don’t think anyone even bought a new outfit.
