Lol, that’s why I started my comment with...”I know it is not apples to apples, but”,.......I still feel that points on a mortgage is a bit of a shell game...pay the points and get a lower rate, don’t pay the points and get a higher rate....Shell game......points protect the lender if you pay it off early; tough darts

I really like the Reatta because it was a hand built car from GM (rare) and it featured the stout 3.8L motor that would last and parts are widely available. The dash digital readout parts, much less I surmise. I would gladly rock a ragtop Reatta....and I am not a big GM fan...they do hit a double or triple

I know it is not apples to apples, but, it is like points on a mortgage. What do you charge that; because I can. Pay the darn DC poor(s) and get back in the salt mine; do I need to call the Centurians...?

Vodka in the back room stashed near the Hudson parts; hardly anyone goes there....

That would be tossing the caber, laddie....

IIRC the number was $9000 cash or more gets reported to the Feds...something, something terrorist money....

Elvis was inspired by black gospel and the blues.  After he was famous he would sneak out of Graceland to go listen to and sing with The Blackwoods gospel group in church.  You don’t do that if your don’t like black people.  His back up signers were the Sweet Inspirations.....Quincy is supremely talented but I think

Velour....velour.....were your family the f’in Kennedys....Jeez, we used to dream of velour whilst burning the back of our legs with branding iron hot maroon pleather.....You were spoiled and didn’t even know it Torch...velour, a vulgar display of wealth....

Hold on Hoss, how many can you & your better half drive at one time?

No, we do that as a message to the Brits.  If you ever  f*ck with us again, you are going to the be colony (colonials).  We can make that happen in about 20 minutes or so if pushed.  It really is that simple.

Once the tipping point is reached, the conversion to EVs will pick up speed faster than anyone is imagining today. Once Henry Ford decided to hit a ‘reasonable’ price point for the average Joe, Model Ts were everywhere PDQ. Question is who will make the popular EV (think ‘66 Chevy Impala) that every other family will

IIRC, the Geo version only got the 4 cyl, Suzuki kept the 6 cyl version for themselves.  My boss’s wife had the 6 cyl and he claimed it was pretty peppy for what it was; not Don Garlits fast, but it could get out of its own way.

Those are not devil horns, it is a front stabilizer....

Obviously, but $1500 for that rats nest is a bridge too far right from ‘jump street’.

You are rarely a prophet in your own land”

That is impressive for sure.

I live near the beach, take the kids to the beach and then ice cream; this thing would rule...

Don’t tease the former NJ guy....I will bust out my full rendition of “Thunder Road”.....and I will finish with “Meeting Across the River”...

Crappy car when new, crappy car when old.  Now it is just harder to get parts for it.  My friend had one in college, barely adequate as a car.

They ‘drive’ their neighbors crazy with their numerous cats.
