“Everyone” doesn’t love it.  I hate FWD, and offering AWD on a FWD based model isn’t much better.  It’s a FWD based crossover that can’t off-road, can’t tow well, isn’t quick, not inspiring to drive...blah.  I don’t really get the attraction other than it is decent looking in/out.

These are relatively rare. The few I’m seeing on a quick Car Gurus search are in the 50-60k range. Those examples are also at dealers, less miles, most are a little newer, and all are in clearly better condition.

Fully agree.

Just another bad VW/Audi design.

My wife lovers her Audis. I don’t love working on them (but do), and this video shows some of the reasons why. I preferred working on my BMW when I had it, and it wasn’t a pleasant car to turn wrenches on.

Looking at that Buick, I would have let the bees keep it.

I salute the brave residents of Phoenix, AZ, for egging the self-driving Google-backed Waymo minivans”

So you support vandalism and destruction of property?  You are part of the problem in this country.

Owned an SN95 5.0 5-speed in the mid-2000's.

What slow POS do you drive?

So what you are saying is you don’t like a compact, lightweight, reasonably priced, powerful engine (with a ton of additional power potential), huge aftermarket support, reasonable parts prices, that also happens to be reliable, sounds good, and does decently on fuel?  I’d hate to know what motor you think belongs in

Ha, with my PiHole DNS server and Ad Blocker, your stupid slideshows can’t ruin my browsing experience.  Still totally unnecessary.

I personally don’t get Miata’s. I’m not a convertible type (but love targa tops and sunroofs). These cars are S-L-O-W. I mean, really, really slow. They aren’t comfortable. Sure, they can be tossed around, but so can other cars that aren’t as slow.

I understand and support folks doing Spec Miata racing and things

Yet I tow several hundred miles a year, at up to 80MPH, with the cover on my boat.  No damage to the boat or cover.

Who is doing Jet Drives? They are inefficient and have their own set of issues.  Most of them ride like hell and don’t do anything well.

Outboards for ocean and bass boats make a lot of sense.  Inboards and I/O’s take up space inside the boat and are harder to service.

I’ll repeat myself:reasonable price for that vehicle based on the market”

Not “someone, somewhere”.  If we used your criteria, every car would be fail miserably, as most cars listed would not be bought by most people, simply because it is either out of their budget, not what they are looking for, have too many cars,

Front end lift is not part of a package, so 1LT or 3LT won’t have it; it is a stand0-alone option.

Most of the vehicles posted here I wouldn’t buy for almost any price (other than some stupid price that would be an easy, quick flip).

It’s not whether you would buy it for that price, but whether it is a reasonable price for that vehicle based on the market.  In this case, it clearly isn’t.

Toyota may be shocked to know that if they developed their own vehicles, they would feel more “Toyota.”

But really, does Toyota even know what it is like to develop a performance car themselves anymore? They haven’t done it in two decades. Well, I guess on the Lexus side of the house, but that’s pretty different.

It’s still CP in my book.

You could just tell the dealer it is a front wheel drive sedan - there is nothing special about that at all.

I just sold the exact car being described a few weeks ago. ‘07 BMW 335i, manual, well equipped option wise. 163k miles, owned it for 6 years. Fairly stock other than a piggyback ECU + backend flash, CSL rep wheels (which buyers really liked), Android based factory Nav replacement (another buyer favorite), and a few
