Canada is letting "fucks" go uncensored?
Outlaw Country! Wooooo!
Yeah. The guy in the front totally looks like one of the Duck Dynasty dudes.
If you add Cheryl/Carol/Cristal/Cherlene you can have 7 people in you four-way.!
Me, Liz Lemon, Annie Edison & Dee Reynolds.
Agent Smith?
Outlaw country! wooooo!
with a special appearance by Annie in her Santa baby costume.
It's the best. The only things that come close is the 'That's Racist' exchange between Troy & Jeff and Jeff's monologue at the end of Paradigms of Human Memory
It also debuted the 'E Pluribus Anus' Greendale flag! One of the best recurring gags of the show.
If we're talking about emotional relevance then I think Intermediate Documentary Film-making is the best. Not only does it deal with Pierce's somewhat legitimate complaints about the group, it also deals with Jeff's feelings about his dad.
I, too, don't know shit about D&D but that episode gave us Annie and Abed's "Hector the well endowed" and the "Elf maiden" role play scene. Annie's gestures and Abed's responses in that whole sequence were a thing of beauty. So fucking hilarious and amazing.
No other show does better backstories than this one. Think about the episodes dealing with Finch's, Reese's, Shaw's, Carter's or Root's backstories. The way they make you invest in each character in the space of a single episode is just amazing. Even Nathan Ingram, a character we only know through flashbacks, was…
All these quotes just make me want to watch that episode again and again and again.
I love how gleefully Pierce screams "I knew it!" after Britta's 'Facts of life' comment. Also, Abed's impression of Jeff's freakout was brilliant.
When it comes to raps this beats everything hands down.
I would love to be a fly on the wall when Root and Shaw have their "Girl Talk."
Yeah, I think people are so obsessed with the 2nd season that they forget that the 1st season was also just as good, if not better. That Goodfellas parody is among the finest episodes of the show.
Another episode that gets overlooked is "Physical Education". Come on people, that episode gave us "Don Draper" Abed,…
The way this show manages to raise its game in the final 3-4 episodes
is mind blowing. Every year I think that they can't possibly top this next time and then they go ahead and do exactly that. They sure know how to close a story arc with a bang. Easily one of the best shows on TV right now. No qualifiers needed.
"The Science of Illusion" should be up there. Annie and Shirley both trying to be 'Bad cop' was amazing. To this day, I'll remember Annie's face after running through the pepper spray mist and start laughing uncontrollably.
