Automatically seals itself when you aren't drinking to prevent spills and keep your drink hot or cold for up to 4 hours on the 16 oz and 6 hours on the 20 oz. And the claim to keep it HOT is not at all exaggerated, I've forgotten a full mug in the car and come back half a day later and it is still piping hot.

Contigo Autoseal, hands down.

Lots of people at the office I used to work (engineering/construction firm) at had these. A coworker got me one for Christmas and I officially became a member of the cult for these things.

They're indestructible, mine has survived lots of drops and knocks from roof of a car onto gravel.

I am just thinking about every person I have ever known to have a window unit. Every one of them was inadequate and they were just scraping by on whatever provided the most cooling for the price.

I wish Twitter didn't exist so I could be ignorant to how stupid the people I root for can be.

That screen cap is the most terrifying thing I've seen in a long time.

Ah yes, I remember when I was in college and thought I could change the status quo.

All the idiot needed to do was change one word:

Absinthe in the US is not true absinth so don't worry about it.

Indeed. I got through about seven seconds, noted the lack of girls in bikinis, and gave up.

11 min and 38 sec waiting for the thumbnail girl to appear.

"...we should all be driving slower..."

booze-liking, pussy-loving, dinger-slamming

I switched from Cablevision to DirecTV a few years ago and never looked back. Sunday Ticket is enough for me but I actually enjoy their DVR layouts. Makes a big difference. Money isn't a deciding factor since they're all gonna run you about the same.

None to my knowledge. Only the PlayStation 3 has the Sunday Ticket app, among consoles, and it runs abut $250. Sometimes they do sales, but it isn't cheap.

Many people (myself included) move away from where they grew up, outside the local broadcast market.

I feel bad every time I don't leave a tip for take out. However, if I'm doing all the work to get there, and there's no "pandering experience" like a waitstaff, then why should you tip?

One thing I love about living in Japan? The button. There's a button on your table in most restaurants, and it conjures the waitress. Otherwise, they never bother you... and since they don't need to constantly patrol the tables, they're free to quickly respond whenever someone pushes the button. It's fantastic,

Sorry about the election, Mitt.
