Thanks much. And I hope likewise you can find a new comfort show. It does seem to get harder each year to find something that just clicks—despite living in the "golden age" of TV.

For once I've actually managed to (almost) complete my watch/rewatch of seasons 1-7 in time to watch this the weekend it actually comes out.

I was very iffy about this show at first—the concept just didn't seem like it could be sustainable long-term—but man, has it proven to be a massive surprise.

Uh, yeah. I don't think anyone with even a moderate interest in how TV works ever claimed TTG was *replacing* YJ.

Easily one of the best finales I've ever seen. Right up there with Six Feet Under (which remains my go-to for the best finale of all time). I almost can't wait to rewatch this entire show just so I can get back to this ending. Just so great—everyone got a moment to shine, every major plot point was explained or

Have people forgotten just how 'kiddie' the first few eps of Avatar and The Legend of Korra were? Those shows are looked upon as great based on what they became over quite a long period of time. Since this show is on Netflix, I hope it too will get the chance to really expand and improve as its got the potential in

They are moving to 10 pm next year. Maybe they'll finally have the freedom to show some realistic bloodshed. If nothing else, I hope they utilize the LMD development to just go absolutely apeshit.

Yep, I kind of got where they were going around the first light flashes she experienced. That inkling just made it so interesting to watch the paths Shaw's subconscious took while being manipulated by Samaritan. When Root was the first member of Team Machine she saw; uff.

I'm pretty happy about it. It was a slow burn but a great little piece of character study by the end. Looking forward to the second season.

The Killing Joke by Alan Moore and Brian Bolland.

Ha! I remember that one! It was so nuts. "You know chefs. When they cook something, they have to taste it. That jerk keeps eating and my sis keeps getting fat."

I have NOT been able to get into The Catch at all. I'm sure part of it is just my growing apathy for all things 'Shondaland' (seriously, why is ANYONE still watching Scandal?), but its just so…dull? There really doesn't seem to be much going for it, especially not something that could span more than 7-8 episodes.

Amendment: Natalie Morales will never last more than one season on any show! (Which is a real pity since the woman's a gem and has been consistently great on SO MANY shows)

Huh…so they're basically doing this show's version of Terminal Velocity. Barry will get shunted through time, learn something about himself that'll help him appreciate his new connection to the Speed Force, and then use his love for Iris (ugh) as his tether to return. And then swap in Zoom for Kobra (kind of a step

Ditto. This show has become one of this season's most surprising highlights after a rocky beginning (the first 2 episodes were…kind of underwhelming).

I'm kind of confused by this review. It seems to imply that the team will suffer from having to face off against Savage because "they'll never catch him."
