It’s Rise of Nations: Thrones and Patriots. I can’t quit it.

Yep, we live in a different age, but one of the things that hasn’t changed much is the role of evangelicals and churchy-types in the GOP, and the resounding message of hetero-normative “family values”. I completely understand how gay men of conservative leanings are probably feeling less willing or able to come out.

I’ve been saying this for YEARS. I’d rather it be mandatory 18 months of national service, though, with the military as an option — something that can be served anytime between 18 and 26, for instance.

Dick Trickle was awesome, though.

Oho! So glad to hear you are truckin’ again! Yay!

Hang in there. Finalization is a great milestone and you will get there and be better after.

Thank you. Glad Marble’s back in fine form.

My house is about 120 years old. I’m lucky to have more than one outlet in any of the original rooms and most are not grounded. Half the upstairs is still wired with “knob and tube”. I make do by grounding specific outlets as I need them, but it’s a mess. My house is covered with asbestos siding (won’t peel, warp,

I dunno if Miley’s still smoking, but if she wants to capture and keep those pipes for as long as possible I’d suggest keeping a regular visit with a vocal coach, no more butts, layin’ off the booze and lots of quiet nights at home. Who am I kidding, really. At her age, I would never listen to an oldster like myself.

She could put 15 covers on a record (I know the kids these days don’t buy music that way anymore, but bear with me...) and call it “Miley Cyrus - The Covers” and I would buy it.

Just tape the fabric on and avoid the unsightly seams.

Well, this one truck me rather more than I’d anticipated. I enjoyed everything I saw her in. This is like Madeline Kahn was, though a little less unexpected.

Sinatra’s house in Palm Springs (Twin Palms) is Faaaabulous!

He’s creating the background against which he can film campaign ads about elitist democratic over-reach and diminished rural (or red state/christian) representation. Gotta play the victim.

I’m really glad that you’re making these points.

Rachel made this exact point last night, and Schumer agreed that the approach taken for the ACA and ARRA was foolhardy.

Mmmm. Packard. They’d be a luxury body and interior maker for skateboard-format EVs. Let the luxe roll!

I got a little hungry after I typed that line, I’ll admit.
