Ugh. Jiminy. Effing. Christmas. Eating on zoom calls is a real pet-peeve of mine. It’s just sooo bad. It’s distracting and it conveys that the person eating isn’t paying attention. So. Bad. I feel the same way about people who eat during in-person meetings. It’s okay if there’s cake or something or someone brings

It was back in the late 1990s. Artists didn’t like it because it was antithetical to the permanence of their art and felt it diluted the investment and meaning of tattoos to the people that wear them.

I actually met a little girl named “Liberty”. She was horrid. I hope that she grew up into a much better woman than she was a girl.

Margaret is the most lovely name in the whole wide world. It has such depth. There are soooo many great Margarets in history. Also, there is such a great array of nicknames and derivations that it can fit any kind of person, for all ranges of personality. I love the name Margaret.

There was a kind of micro-encapsulated tattoo ink that was developed awhile back. It was permanent, didn’t fade, but it responded to laser removal techniques very well and very efficiently... 2 treatments instead of 10, for example, for almost all colors. The people most against it were, of course, tattoo artists.

I’m really glad you posted this. I hate-read conservative publications and it helps to know what the thinks and feels are behind the people with whom I fundamentally disagree. The author’s use of “woke left” is very telling. He’s just as bad as the rest of them.

I turn off my camera to eat a sandwich, and also to blow my nose. Toobin deserves all he’s getting and way way WAY more. FTG.

It’s very nice. Looks great. I’m sure it’s a pleasure to drive.

Beg your pardon? This is my car:

Yes! In the vault!

“Liberty Sage

I read a really good article the other day that made the case for Biden keeping up this rhetoric while at the same time pursuing a unitary executive approach to government — especially with regard to rooting out and firing Trump appointees in the career government ranks. Dissonance between words and actions, whatever

Fleetwood?

It’s just sooo hard to find them in stock configuration, but this is an excellent choice, no question.

This was my answer also, but the 1969 version was the apex, in my view.

I have actually seen this car. It’s amazing!

Yes, yes. All the YES!

These are FANTASTIC!

As a Buick man, I like your style. Rock on!

I’ve often thought about this question. For my part, it’s the 1969 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. Admittedly, Fleetwood is most often thought of as a limo, but if you exclude the more limotastic versions of the series 60 and 75, what you get is a long, plush sedan with a famously cloudlike ride.
