That’s awesome

Interesting that there is such an emphasis on Sinnoh in this expansion. Sinnoh remakes???

It’s way better than the old one. In the older games unless you were playing with friends it was impossible to do low level quests online and most rooms would be private.

I think it will keep them from getting too cringey, like how he kept Mario and Rabbids in line.

I waited in line for an SNES Classic for only an hour and a half and thought it was too long. The fact that someone was already there before you is insane.

I’m sure that would have been a potential move if the Switch wasn’t killing it right now.

N64 Classic is practically guaranteed at this point. But beyond that, I could only see a game boy and game boy color classic, since a GameCube Classic would be difficult to make (I’d totally buy one though).

Charles Martinet possibly.

I hope this isn’t one of those “you get what you pay for” scenarios, because paying $20 for an online service with bad voice chat and party creation would be very fitting as opposed to $60 for a much better system.

It should be like ps plus but with old games.

Which would be awesome 10 years ago before we bought all those games 3 times.

Hey the Wii U had fun and lag free multiplayer. In fact the Switch and Wii U share the same multiplayer games.

I don’t know if I want this to be a real Mario kart game or not. If it’s a spinoff I don’t feel like it threatens the franchise (so far all of their mobile games have been spinoffs). However, a Mario Kart game not being about racing would be really boring. Hopefully it’s free.

Miyamoto being on board is the only reason I’m confident. That’s something the 80s one didn’t have.

Do Mario bundles count? If not then that explains it.

I found the Wii U interface to be super clunky but the hardware itself to be just as good as the Switch.

Tbh this is the only thing keeping me from buying a Switch.

It seems simplistic at first, since the move sets are small and easy to execute. But the incredibly balanced roster and unique move sets lead to tons of potential strategies. Button mashing doesn’t work to well since there are so many ways to punish them.

All this is cool and all but the Switch could have flopped and they still would be in the console business. The amounts of money they have in reserve are huge, and they spend money on plenty of unnecessary things (like when they owned part of the Mariners). I look forward to the “Nintendo is doomed” talk in 5 years.

Good thing it’s breakable or he would have been dead.
