Those creature designs are great. I’d play an rpg with an art style like that. It’s like a more toned down version of DQ or Yokai Watch.

Nintendo, Knack HD for Switch. Do it.

But Knack 3? That will be the one.

Game Freak probably didn’t like it since it’s a console and handheld hybrid, and they haven’t had to make one on console before. The Switch is doing some really cool things to existing series, just look at Zelda and Mario.

Just hiring him as an ideas guy would be a great move. His ideas for the Clone Wars (especially some of the stuff that didn’t make it in) were awesome. He might not be able to write dialogue, but he knows his universe.

I mean they technically did with the SNES Classic... and will do it for the N64 classic. I still don’t believe either console actually exists.

Part of that is because it’s a remake. If this sells, more new 2D Metroid games will get made.

It is extremely important that fans of the Metroid franchise support this and Prime 4 if we want to see a new Metroid game ever again. It’s a very similar situation to Sonic Mania and the N Sane Trilogy.

This is the beginning of the end. These changes aren’t good, and they will ultimately lead to more changes that leave the series further and further from what made it great. Stricter spending limits aren’t even one of the changes even though it was desperately needed!

Miiverse used to be good (pre 2016 or so) when it was unrestricted and not being used as intended. It was like a weird gaming social media. They never implemented it that well but it was kind of neat in WW HD. Adding something similar in BOTW (but making it look in-universe like Splatoon) would be cool as DLC.
