I only started watching this show a few months ago. I avoided it for a long time because I thought it was in the same vein as that obnoxious Tim Allen show. These reviews convinced me to give it a chance and I love it, so thanks! :-)

My least favorite Kurosawa film.
I wouldn't say I hated it, but I do remember thinking it was mostly worth watching for Mifune's thighs.
