We have a 2nd gen iPad in our house. It’s never used.

The problem with the Colorado has always been the price and that is it’s biggest flaw, compared to the Tacoma and Frontier, and why you never see Colorados on the road. Their tow capacity (and tow worthiness) is not as similar as you make it out to be, full-sized trucks tow better.

I LOVE mid-size trucks, I have a 2015

“That’s a bargain compared to a $70k F150.”

A few months ago (you can look it up), a Tampa middle school teacher got fired for slamming a kid’s head into a desk.

“People who take care of their cars will continue to do so, people who don’t will continue to avoid doing so.”

Yea, Insurance has a tentency to do that. Mine has gone up every year, too...

They’d probably build a Trophy Case.

As an Engineer, there are 2 ways to do things:
Over-Promise, Under-Deliver
Under-Promise, Over-Deliver

I’m not all that impressed by Apple’s implemtation of the USB-C port. Of course, that stems from a more obvious problem: it’s the ONLY port on the computer AND it’s the charging port, which means that you can basically never use it for its intended purpose of being a Data port.

“Tricky. I think I’m ok with the ends justifying the means in this case. If not convictions for the pedophiles, then they are clearly identified to authorities and will inevitably be caught, because they are sick fucks.”

“Did you buy a 350Z when it was new? What new cars did you buy instead, that would convince Nissan to re-invest in the sports car?”

I’d agree, but here’s the thing. This is kinda how it works.

“I mean everyone emphasizes over and over the importance of an education because you don’t want to end up in some common labor job, as if doing that sort of work is a failure. How many people aspire to auto mechanic now?”

I didn’t know you could pay monthly until now, I don’t recommend that. I bought the Yepzon One (~$130 on Amazon.com). White little key chain and it works while being charged, which is important.

Extremely rare? I’d call that extremely well done.

There’s no direct cash ROI on patents that were funded by industry, no. But we’re talking about foundational research that would otherwise probably not be funded. And this is the source of the basic knowledge that fuels translational research, which is about finding useful applications of knowledge.

“Being spied on by the NSA, gang-raped at airports, hunting season by some overzealous police people, whistleblowers punished for telling the truth, having your Internet history sold to the highest bidder, frisking an entire school without permission and so on...”

Bitch please. My Corvair can be stolen with it’s own dip stick.

Be polite and apologetic. That’s it. Excuses never work because if you give an excuse you’re admitting you purposely were speeding. “Sorry about that officer” has worked pretty well for me. But then again, so has being over 30 (I got a bunch of tickets in my 20's, respectful apologies or not, so it may be out of
