Yup, I was expecting to be underwhelmed by this news.

You really don’t need a full-on coup for that to happen. It’s already happening under Trump and it’s been happening for years and years.

Yarvin wants Trump to have an app that his followers can use to get directions about where to go and what to do.

Yea, looking at the specs, the Hummer EV is going to have a dry weight of 9063lbs and that’s probably not optioned out. They have no choice but to exceed 10,000lb. Kind of a sad state of trucks to own something that ridiculously heavy, I mean that’s about the curb weight of an F550 Rollback tow truck, but without the

I was very surprised when I saw it in person. It looks a lot smaller in pictures.

It’s a Forward-Thinking Sustainable Crossover 4-Door Coupe Family Adventure Electric Vehicle.

I don’t think we’re at the tail end. There’s over 12 years before any ‘new car’ mandates (California) kick in, and those might end up being pushed back. Almost all practical EVs are well out of most buyer’s price range. The average price of an EV in 2022 is $66,000 and rising; in fact, the average EV price was $58k in

As much as I like the idea of V2G, in a natural disaster (I’m in Tampa), it doesn’t seem like the best practice to use up all of your car’s power before realizing you have to evacuate and there’s no *WORKING* EV charging station for 50-100mi.

Looks like a pretty remote little shack out in the middle of nowhere.  It would be a shame if your EV ended up not having enough power to leave.

I’m amazed many Trucks don’t come with retractable covers from the factory. I’ve had a Roll N Lock on my Frontier for years and I got a Retrax on my Ram.

Hmm, this is my first time hearing of the Kona N.  I also thought they dropped the Elantra N, but I guess I’m wrong.

I’m down on revisionist history that somehow the Yugo was an unsung hero to the masses. or that it didn’t deserve the derision it received. In a vacuum, yes the Yugo is an affordable car, WOW how’d they do that for 6000USD?

Veloster and Hyundai’s N lineup.

I was thinking the same.

On my Frontier, I got Roll N Lock and added my own 54" Yakima hard-top tracks. I’m not sure if Retrax makes the XR for the Fronty.

For my new Ram, I went with the RetraxPro XR, since the XR already comes with the integrated rail slots. The Retrax is definitely a better setup.

Perhaps for a pickup truck, I do tend to agree. I tend to always back my truck in because of the length and rear hangover. You get a lot more maneuverability when the steering axle is the last to enter and first to leave.

The GVWR might be like the Hummer EV and put into the 3500/class 3 category. Anything commercial related with class 3 will require DOT numbers, and log books would be needed when crossing state lines.

It’s free though.

The high horsepower output is a byproduct of the fast charging. The faster that you can move power in equals the ability to discharge power. In essence, the power is free so you might as well offer it.

And what if you have a mullet?
