He’s not gonna do any jail time; and he probably wouldn’t even if he weren’t an entitled rich dick congressman. It was a pretty minor assault; he’ll get probation, a few small fines, and restitution for the glasses and the ER visit. It would be nice if they made him take anger management, but they probably won’t.
