I respect rebellion a ton but they don’t have the money to compete with Toyota, at least on paper but that’s why we run the races. You never know.

I’m incredibly happy for Toyota and Alonso and you’re right they can’t control the competition. With that said it’s still a pretty weak field after the Toyota LMP1. I put the blame solidly on the FIA and the WEC. A ton of peeps racing prototypes in the US but the French have to be French and stick to their guns.

Stoked for Toyota but this whole season of WEC LMP1 should have an asterisk next to it.
