Sorry, I blew it. Have an awesome day!
Sorry, I blew it. Have an awesome day!
I think the headline should say “might appear to be doing a better job.” To actually pronounce some sort of judgement you would need to wait until all the cards are laid on the table.
The RS is as close to a race car for the street as Porsche gets and there’s no way they are putting all that engineering and excellence into a car and then letting you saddle it with old technology. It goes against every fiber in their being and the design intent of the RS. It just can’t be done, it’s like asking for…
Yep
I’m super stoked to see Ford racing and Ferrari is kicking butt in GT too and they don’t even really care about anything but F1. I guess I’m just bummed that Porsche is not killing it in GT but they will again sooner or later. They always find away to win in GT. It’s their bread and butter. I wished Nissan had stuck…
No I’m not upset, I’m just stirring the pot and acting the fool. It’s what I do best so I do it a lot to show off. It’s okay Ford will never step up to lmp1 and will fade from the WEC in due time. I wish they’d step up but it’s a boat load of money and probably doesn’t make sense for them. At some point they’ll figure…
The WEC will reverse tactics and the Daytona prototype will replace lmp1, Le Mans will be branded as the Cadillac 24 hours of France and Donald Trump will become president of the USA. LOL, good one huh, like that’ll ever happen?
You can’t blame Porsche because peeps don’t dig Audi. I guess actually we should blame the morons at VAG who decided cheating on diesel emissions was a brilliant idea and caused a huge loss of racing budget. That worked out well. 🤦🏼♂️
Well then maybe you aren’t really a die hard Porsche fan. Personally I hope the near-miss scared the bier and pretzels out of Porsche and they destroy everyone this year including GTLM and the silly Ford GT that no one has ever seen on a road but somehow races in GT. I occasionally root for Corvette but only as a…
Sorry, desert racing can be like that. Hang in there.
Whatever you do don’t buy a 996 Turbo for 40k that cost me $1200.00 for a major service. They have really ugly headlights and run forever.
Desert racing is a very long learning curve regardless of the class. Endurance desert racing is the toughest form of motor sports to participate in and even tougher to excel at. Hang in there and enjoy the adventure. It’s a process
I’d take a plain old 911 s over a Ferrari any day. Heck, I think I’d rather have a Cayman gt4 than a Ferrari.
You will learn to love suspension travel and a more modern race entry after about the 3rd day and you’re still peeing blood. Best of luck and have a BLAST!
Small cars, huge tires, huge horsepower, great fun, end of story.
Not as ingenuis but still Toyota and still brilliant
Someone let me know when they’re 30k at CarMax!
As soon as they beat Lewis and Mercedes. You might need to learn to be patient
Don’t forget IMSA and the WEC but the more money the less chance of losing our only F-1 track so I’m all in for whatever keeps sports car tracks going.
Yep but most new raptor owners won’t care because more torque and much, much, flatter torque curve. My 2012 sounded awesome but it had to be “on the pipe” to steal a moto term to get her to move. Drove her everywhere with the tow/haul button pushed just to keep her up in the revs.
