Supposedly my 996 turbo with the x50 option and 450 hp will do 191 mph. I wonder if I get a tune that bumps to 518 hp what it would do? I personally haven't been above 150 yet.........

Biggest reason ever to get rid of the DP's. If you wanna race endurance with a shot at the big dance than the DP makes no sense at all. Personally I love Cheering for Americans at Le Mans and I really hope Michael Shank learns to love sports car racing as much as Indy Car racing which reminds me of a semi open wheel

or find one of those guys that has acres of the take off beds from guys that switched out to utility beds. Works better for F-250's but you can find the F-150s too. Last time we did it for our f-350 it was $2200.00 for the new/ used bed installed.

You can catch WEC races on either nbcs or cbss but it's a really lame broadcast and butchered all to heck. Sometimes they don't even show the checkered flag they just tell you about it. Ugh, hopefully we won't just get the shows but we will get good shows.

This cab and bed configuration gives the raptor the closest wheel base to that of a Trophy Truck which is what years of racing in Baja over Baja terrain dictates as the most efficient.

Where do you get the idea that the Baja 1000 is a cruise down the beach? A lot of ignorance showing right there. The Baja Mil covers MUCH rougher terrain than in South America. I think it had more to do with Memo staying on the gas while everyone else around him was braking and diving to the inside of the track he seemed to do the opposite. He stayed on the gas and headed to the outside. Look! I found a great line to pass these suckers, oops!
