Looks pretty neat, but of course I see this now when my bathroom remodel was finished a week ago.

I agree that the best chair is the one that is comfortable for you, but the idea that “a chair is a chair” is complete horseshit.
I rather like it actually. It would certainly look more at home in my equipment rack than what we have now. The whole parallelepiped design just makes everything more complicated for me.
Knifin around was one of my favorites. Boo Boo Kitty and Flipmode are up there as well.
As a gamer who spends an excessive amount of time around various tv’s, I’ll throw in my 2 cents: get the Samsung. I would not necessarily make this recommendation for everyone, but the KS8000 is much better suited to your specific use case.
I hate to break it to you Alex....you know that 120Hz TV you bought?
There’s at least 20 licensed songs in Bioshock.
Though I played through Bioshock years ago I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the remaster. The game has held up well and the updated graphics are wonderful.
I just can’t see Dune ever translating well to either television or the big screen. Dune is heavily introspective and has a lot of abstract concepts that don’t typically come through well using a visual medium.
I get it that this is supposed to be kind of tongue in cheek, but I feel sorry for anyone who has to get permission to play video games at any time.
LG makes 4K sets in both LED and OLED. Sony had at least one passive set last year, but I’m not sure if they continued with it for this year.
I still own 3 3D TV sets plus 4 3D monitors, still have all my glasses and use them on a semi-regular basis. I had a fourth 3D TV but that has been recently replaced with a non 3D set.
Gotta second this. The current Elite looks and feels like a serious piece of kit. It’s a controller that’s all business. I could somewhat understand a Gears color scheme for those not into the black/silver aesthetic, but those blood spatters and whatnot look tacky as hell to me.
Unless something has changed pretty recently then no. Amazon has been actively blocking it.
I can’t even imagine hating my Shield TVs. They’re fast, reliable, and pleasant to use. They easily put every other streaming box I’ve ever owned to shame.
The hardware is HDR capable, but my understanding is that it won’t be enabled until the release of Android N.
“The planet isn’t going anywhere. WE are.”
I’m sure it’s amazing for couch gaming...unless you mouse left handed. Then not so much.
Even if they got rid of their ridiculous pricing structure they’re still not going to be competitive. Google Fiber is symmetrical gigabit meaning both up and down. Comcast’s gigabit is capped at 35mb on the upload. I’m not even sure that’s enough bandwidth to avoid bottlenecks.
It actually can do this if you store a copy of your music on the Amazon servers, but it costs an additional $25 a year if you have more than 250 songs.
