Ah, I figured. Best to save it for when I’m done with college then, haha. I barely manage a ponytail most days.
Not a fan of the dadbod craze. But to each her own.
My advice, especially if you’re trying something new or growing your hair out, is to give the stylist a sense of where you’re going with your hair.
I always bring about 5 good photos. Then I explain that I had a pixie cut and I’m growing it out, so please get it as close to the photos while letting me grow my hair out…
I want this too but my hair is straight / slighttttly wavy.
Would I have to style the curls every day? Or is there a way to do this with a loose perm???
(I’m sorry bc this is probably a dumb question but I have always wondered ^^;)
Right?! It baffles me, both that people have the guts and that they actually get away with it.
There are always a couple pieces that don’t have sensors — returns that didn’t get tagged properly, or shipment that isn’t processed properly.
Plus, how many times have you seen someone set off the store sensor, and the employees just wave them through? Especially if the person has bought something.
When I worked retail, women would do this and then return the merch to other stores for store credit. Then they’d resell the gift cards.
I have a life-threatening allergy, and our college is terrible at dealing with it. Like, literally awful. They don’t provide reliable ingredients listings, it’s hard to get ahold of a chef, everything is cross-contaminated... We get a reaction or two every single year.
My friends forget sometimes that I can eat actual…
That’s so sweet — I’m glad everyone is so supportive. :)
When I studied abroad in India, our teachers warned us about this, and told us to buy small snacks for the kids instead if we wanted to contribute.
I think that was a good compromise.
To be honest, I stopped playing chess as a kid because (1) none of my friends ever wanted to play with me and (2) the kids at the tournaments were overwhelmingly sexist boys with poor social skills.
I like chess fine. If I had stuck with it, I’d probably be pretty good. I just got sick of snide, sneering guys telling…
My mom used to put our sweet old dog in the basement during playgroup time, so she’d be safe from the fray.
Ugh, I had this feeling once as a kid and it was the WORST.
Mom had to talk me down in the middle of the night on the bathroom floor. ^_^;
freakin inspiring and all-around incredible. <3
Not gonna lie, I (internally) panicked like this when I noticed the 6-foot manta rays while we were snorkeling...
It’s not that I thought they would actually hurt me. It’s just this ridiculous, primal fear that those things are big and therefore get awayyyy.
Yoga is great... by yourself.
My mom had a female student named Kevin once.
If I remember correctly, she (Kevin) wasn't very fond of her name. :/
Oh, the reviews on Sephora say they're supposed to avoid giving you that "ponytail crease"???
I would try this except I am in college therefore I have no money...
I'm still in college and I have no idea where those came from or what they're good for...
Traditional hair ties all the way for me!!!
