Well to be fair, there are entire american-made GM platforms that dodged the recalls. My H-body Buick, built in Flint, Michigan, has avoided recalls [to this point] along with the rest of its badge engineered siblings.

This article's title should have read "Cuban wages too low to allow citizens to buy new cars"
This makes sense. But, if you care enough about performance to even be considering doing this; you can probably afford the $50 for the cheapest SSD out there, if only to serve as a boot drive.
At this point they should just recall all GM cars still on the road, because it seems to be that every car they've built in the least 20 years is affected in some form.
Higher-end headphones can make a world of difference, but there are a few things to consider. Beats may be expensive, but "more expensive doesn't equal more better, man". It's important to distinguish between expensive and high end; as is the case with Beats, and to a certain extent most of Bose's products.
So true. While watching the live stream I kept thinking how ridiculously dangerous this seemed, driving on a narrow road lined with hay. But apparently it does an incredible job of absorbing impacts.
Why couldn't they design these consoles to at least be up to date at the time they launched, not a full development cycle behind? After suffering through GTA4 (and to a lesser extent GTA5), you'll see the reason why 60fps is an absolute requirement for games. Movies are just fine at 24 or 30fps, but not for games.
Impressive that they even got it to turn over after sitting for so long.
My favorite is the [redacted] driver who just has to cut you off, so he can hit the brakes to make the turn that's immediately in front of you. This saves absolutely no time and is one of the easiest ways to cause an accident.
Fair point, a CPU at 90+ is cause for concern; although it's apparently still within Intel's thermal limits.
Once again Linus does an excellent job explaining the situation.
At the beginning of this week, I would have questioned the inclusion of the Pantera, let alone its number 1 spot. But after watching Jay Leno's video on it; I'd have to say that it's a badly underappreciated car. Definitely that diamond in the rough of cars from that era.
I've been using these for a while and they're amazing. I used to hate the silicone tips because they would constantly fall out of my ear, even when I wasn't moving around. I started looking mildly insane by constantly pushing them back into my ear; so I was determined for a better option. I came across the foam tips,…
Not terribly related, but man that's a gorgeous Invicta in the picture!
Ahhhhhh I've just had a crisis.
This is sickening. The length that tabloids will go to for information is terrible. I for one have interest in knowing what his records say; and hopefully whoever leaked them will face charges for theft of confidential information.
This is good advice. Saying you're sorry draws attention to the thing you're apologizing for and does nothing but take away from your credibility.
I'm not so sure about that. You can't ignore the 30 year hiatus they took from motor racing after the disaster at the 1955 running of LeMans. That's a long time to be out of competition.
Personally I find it baffling that a team can'ti continuously improve their car's design as the season progresses. This is not dissimilar to the 2005 rule of not being allowed to change tires during the race. That meant that if your car wore out the tires more quickly, you were screwed.
