Eastman's revenge story was great cross-promotion with the new The Secret in Their Eyes remake. Well done, corporate synergy.

The backdrop that tied the whole movie together?
JK Rowling needs to stick with Harry Potter because this stunk!
The eat-me, beat-me Lady. Talk hard!
Princess Daisy needs to get to work on that Super Mario Brothers sequel already. I've been waiting 20 years on the edge of that cliffhanger. What, do her and Luigi become assholes or something?
Bartpop
Don't fall for a fancy-schmansy premiere! AHS will betray you! If they couldn't keep the wheels from falling off Freak Show in it's second-half, with ALL it had going for it, this Gaga-infused story is surely doomed to Murphy's usual mid-season devolution into unwatchable gobbledy-gook. I love hy-phens!
I hope he joins Kony soon
Yes, last year's American Horror Story followed the Murphy half-season fakeout formula to a T. How did he screw Freak Show up so abysmally? To the point where an entertaining, must-see first half became absolutely unwatchable in it's landing
True, I'm sure they'll just plug their latest bankable white starlets into these roles of an African-American and Hispanic teen after their seventh round of test polling begs them off the atrociously offensive idea of calling the movie 'Hood Girls'
Been in my Netflix queue forever but have read great reviews of it.
This was one of my first experiences with documentary film and I still remember the girl in the picture and how powerful and just magnetic a presence she was. I don't understand why they are going to dilute these women's stories by having actresses so far removed from anything these real people endured pretend to be…
I can just imagine the CGI shit-storm this is going to be
Jeff Balis. He was the anti-Effie in his utter passiveness
Absolutely agree. For all his machinations that we nitpick here, at the end of the day he's getting nearly everything he wants. So much so that I was surprised that Pete Jones was sent packing even after Emperor Jason declared he wanted him to stay. It was the first time a mandate he issued to his crew of underlings…
Since week one I've been answering the eternal question as to "Why won't Jason just let film go?". Because Matt and Ben never said no and, in fact, Ben had given him the greenlight to fight for film. And so he kept bringing it up again and again and the only firm no he got was from Effie.
Have you watched seasons prior? One and two (and most of three although it was diluted somewhat by its move to Bravo) were just as engaging in all those inane yet captivating microdramatics that are propelling this season as well.
Yeah, the Polish joke didn't bomb because it was hackery (the is, after all, still SnL we are talking about here), it failed because it didn't make any sense.
That Blindspot looks really good a well. Case-of-the-week tattoos? I'm in!
Yes and what was she looking at offstage? Was she watching a doctor rip the still beating heart out an aborted baby and sell it to fund Jade Helm?
