:) the article is good and funny, but I guess you all know that pasta wasn’t brought to Italy by Marco Polo. Was there before, most probably from the greeks - who owned 1/2 of the nowadays Italy around 5th century BC. Or by the Arab in the 9th century Emirate of Sicily.
