I mean Denzel will already be there because he’s nominated, right? Let’s have him hand the award out and say he was last year’s winner for Fences. No one will mind.

The plotting itself in Act 2 was pointless. What Rian Johnson was trying to do (I’m not sure I totally agree with his decisions) was take the usual harebrained Star Wars convoluted Hail Mary hero plan and make it fail. And fail spectacularly.

Of course you’re right that video game publishers do some shady things, be it stuffing their games with microtransactions, showing off generous E3 demos when they know the game won’t look even close to as good, or — worst of all — exploiting labor practices to get unpaid overtime out of all of their workers.

Jedi Academy did the lightsaber damage right imo, it was very good! But the deflecting the shots and redirecting them to the side... I didn’t like that. I loved how Jedi Power Battles did it.

Thank you for your cool headed and rational responses to dudes trying to justify what is clearly superficial misogyny.
With each game release, FNaF feels like a fluke more than anything. I honestly don’t think Cawthon knows what he’s doing, and sorta just lucked out on the first game. The first game is fun, no doubt, but I don’t think he realized what made it good.
