I used to literally think that Anker owned this site because you guys advertise their sales pretty much every day.

I’ve been using a mask made of a stretchy synthetic material, maybe something in the Lycra family.  It passes the “Bill Nye the Science Guy” test in that, no matter how hard I blow while I’m wearing it, I can’t feel my breath even if I hold my hand just inches in front of my mouth.  I also can’t feel air escaping

His third criterion was “Are you having fun?”, which is also hugely important.

Maybe the change is fine if you use Lyft and DoorDash.  I don’t use either, and that’s not going to change.  I’ll be cancelling this card.

Since this is for a Hue “starter kit,” it seems that it’s marketed to people who don’t already have Hue products, right? Given that, wouldn’t it make sense to give a quick introduction/explanation of what Hue is for the newbs?

I couldn’t find a way to justify an annual Prime membership for myself back when it was only $79/year. I simply don’t order from Amazon very much, and when I do, on those rare occasions when I don’t otherwise qualify for free shipping I can always pad my order with a long list of items that I kind of want to buy

I don’t fly much anymore, because flying has become miserable (and I’ve been trying that whole “if people stop flying, airlines will have to make the experience more comfortable” thing, obviously with no success). But when I do fly, I usually end up on a plane with two consecutive rows of non-reclining exit row seats.

I came here to post this about Washington, DC. I once saw a guy on the down escalator at the Dupont Circle Metro station basically Parkour himself over a freaking *baby stroller* that a dad had parked dead center in the escalator, making passage on either side very difficult, and no one batted an eye except for the

I just wanted to thank everyone who’s responded to this. There’s a lot of useful stuff in here. At some fundamental level I think the issue is just interest/motivation, but these tips should help, and I’m looking forward to seeing how they work out for me.  Thanks again.

Any tips for someone who wants to cook, but has a hard time getting motivated to do it? I live alone and rarely have the opportunity to cook for anyone else. While I’d like to cook more often to become better at it, most of the time I think about how long it’ll take me to go shopping for the ingredients, cook, and

I mean to say “Capital One” instead of “Chase” in my previous response.  Sorry for any confusion.

Too little, too late. Chase refused to let me product change from Quicksilver to Savor late last year, so I got the Barclays Uber card instead pretty much solely for the 4% cash back on dining. Paying an annual fee for the same dining bonus, with the only addition being a bonus on an entertainment category that I
