Pressed the button too soon! Does anyone wonder if they haven't already caught it? My daughter and I were sick for most of February with similar symptoms. God only knows how long it's actually been in the US.

Us too. Lots of pet food, cat litter for the elderly kitties, and hay/veggies for the guinea pig. They're our anchor.

I'm so sorry. My grandpa had dementia, and it was so, so hard to watch him slip away. 

My in-laws invited us down to Florida because the kids are out of school and the flights are cheap!

That’s my mom. She’s 70 and disregarding all the recommendations about staying at home. Yesterday she went to three grocery stores, and then to a dance class. She’s only concerned about her healthcare clients because they’re “old.” By five years. 

That cake looks so good! I'm making borscht right now. Most of the grocery store was empty, but there was a surplus of cabbage and beets!

This is exactly what my kids do. 

My guinea pig (and two cats) are giving my family hope right now. I have to say, if you move to NYC in your mid-twenties and have lots of friends that have never been to NYC, uncomfortable bedding will not deter them. None of the grocery stores here have bananas. I did find one bottle of hand soap, but of course no hand sanitizer, chlorox wipes, or toilet paper.

I agree. Morningstar crumbles taste like mushy bitefuls of nothingness. I do like their spicy buffalo chicken wings, but that's about it. I love Fieldroast and Tofurkey Italian sausage.

Yes! I went to the store the other day because we were low on hand soap, and there was absolutely nothing! People need to calm the hell down. 

My life is super hectic lately, but I can make a nice salmon (marinated in a little mustard and soy sauce) in the air fryer for 20 minutes. With rice and salad, it’s a pretty satisfying weekday meal.
