The switch to turn off cruise when you clutch in is an option that’s not on all cruise controls. My car didn’t have cruise as an option so I had an aftermarket one installed, and I chose the one without the clutch in killswitch (or whatever it’s called) because it was about $50 cheaper and it’s not something that I

I don’t know why you think that, but it’s not true.

The government can’t crack Tor, and your activity can’t be traced. The Silk Road got busted because its owner used his e-mail address in a clearnet forum and the government was able to put 2 + 2 together from there.

If you do stop ... your dreams will be far more intense for a few days to a few weeks after you stop regular use.

Actually, Windows 10 doesn’t include drivers for ANY dvd drives. There was an artcle on Gizmodo a few months ago saying that if you want a dvd drive to work with 10 Microsoft wants you to pay $15:

If this was around $10-$12k and within 100 miles of me I’d buy it today and use it as my daily driver but $27k is outrageous.

This is probably gonna sound white-trashy, but I didn’t know that you could make a cheese dip with real cheese instead of Velveeta. I’m definitely giving this recipe a try this weekend. However, my favorite chili con queso recipe is the one that I got from Rock-A-Belly Deli in Manhattan, Kansas:

The exact same thing could be said about Uber, but at least Tesla produces products to justify their valuation. It’s probably overvalued, but EVERYTHING is overvalued these days. Tesla is just going through the normal growing pains that any new car manufacturer goes through.

Seeing a fire truck look tiny next to the space shuttle really shows just how massive that thing was.

I learned to drive stick on an EXP so they’ve got a special place in my heart because of that, but other than that sentimental attachment the car is a piece of junk. The exterior isn’t really that bad, but the interior is bad in every way possible (that’s not a comment on condition—the design and materials are just

I kinda agree with “everyone should work retail or service at least once in their lives” but I say everyone should work retail AND as a waiter/waitress early in their lives. When working retail you typically only have to deal with people for a minute or two at most and you learn that the world is full of idiots (which

Lighten up, Francis.

That’s the only answer, because there is no solution.

I kinda liked it at first, but my state’s Highway Patrol has a ton of them and I work a block away from their headquarters so now whenever I see one all I can see is a cop car.

I sure do love those seats in the back! If I had one I’d be the one driving it so I’d never get to use them, so that sucks, but I’d buy one if they still made ‘em. Since they don’t and since I wouldn’t be able to use the seats in the back, if I was going to buy a used cartruck I’d be better off buying an El Camino

Manufacturing things in China to save money rarely works, because there’s very little quality control. I used to work for a company that made and sold telecommunications equipment and our stuff was made in China and assembled in America, but we had to test every single piece of equipment that we got from China and

I love that car! My first car was a hand-me-down Caprice Classic station wagon (probably an ‘84 or ‘85) that my parents gave me. At the time I hated it and was kinda embarrassed to drive it, but looking back on it it was one of my favorite cars.

Banks that are online only would require direct deposit, right? I work for a small business and they don’t offer direct deposit. Also, does closing a checking account hurt your credit score at all? I’ve read that closing a credit card hurts your credit score so is the same true for a checking account?

It seems like whenever part of a question is “or are people just stupid?” that’ll be the correct answer.

It’s really disappointing what’s become of the Sportage. I used to have a 2001 Sportage and it was a good looking and capable compact SUV, but it’s turned into a generic CUV that looks like a lifted hatchback. I guess that’s what most SUV’s have become, but it’s still disappointing to see.
